Ann's creativity and courage have always set her apart. She designed both
her MFA in Related Arts at SMU and her doctoral program at Columbia University
-- focusing on creative problem solving and the politics of change. While
on the faculty of Purdue University, she worked with post-doctoral students
in science and engineering to help them tap into latent creativity. Honored
as an Outstanding Professor at SMU, Ann also founded and directed the internationally
recognized Experimental Arts Program. It was once believed creativity couldn't
be taught. Ann has proven time and time again that it can.
