Gary's
interest in growing and sustaining learning organizations brought him to Ann McGee-Cooper & Associates in 1999. Previously, as a pastor and then teacher,
Gary worked in cutting-edge, innovative organizations to bring transformational
change. During that time, a commitment to servant leadership focused his work on growing whole people through self-directed learning.
At AMCA, Gary serves as Project Leader of the Servant Leadership Learning
Community, helping nine Partner Organizations to develop unique, leaderful
cultures. He also maintains responsibility as Project Manager for several
of our long-term Clients and collaborated with TXU Communications to create
their leadership curricula. His writing and editing expertise can be viewed
in regular columns for The Fluid Power Journal and Pegasus Communications'
The Systems Thinker. Gary recently co-authored the Innovations in Management
Series' The Essentials of Servant Leadership: Principles in Practice (Pegasus
Communications).
Gary continues to help AMCA fulfill its vision to co-create extraordinary
lives and workplaces through his research, facilitation and writing.
