Never before have businesses been faced with so many challenges. Einstein made us aware that we can't find breakthrough solutions by thinking at the same level which created these challenges. We must learn to think in new ways. Skills of innovation and creative problem solving are a key to unlocking these challenges.
In this session, participants will learn and practice skills of creative problem solving on current challenges including:
- Finding typical barriers which block creative change.
- Understanding how each of the four quadrants of the brain contribute to creative business solutions and team strategies to put these together.
- Practicing basic skills of Creative Problem Solving and applying them to current challenges.
- Assessing leadership/trust issues as they relate to Creative Problem Solving & the Politics of Change.
- Learning why those who stand to gain the most from creative change are most likely to sabotage and preventive strategies to unify the culture.
- Exploring how creative change can polarize teams and erode trust. We will explore the unique role each brain profile contributes to creative change.
One of the most successful ways to learn this can be by inviting participants to list current challenges, and then practice the above new skill building in search of new paradigms for solving real challenges.
