AMCA, Inc. is a research team who employ learning from a wide range of fields including psychology, human behavior, the arts, physics, biochemistry, spirituality,
and management to solve business problems, improve thinking, and help make
people's lives, both professional and personal, more productive, fulfilling
and successful. Dr. Ann McGee-Cooper has worked as a creative problem solver
and futurist for over 29 years. AMCA, Inc. was formed in 1982. We communicate
our message through seminars, workshops, speaking engagements, our books,
publications, and by our own example - we are a learning lab experimenting
with new leadership and teaming approaches. There are values we hold that
we feel are essential to our team's well-being and ultimately
our success. People are our most important resource; we value development and believe
that growth of abilities and talents is unlimited. We read, study, and
network with those doing research on the brain, business issues, and other
topics of interest to ourselves and our clients. We apply these findings
to help us and others think more broadly, live more creatively, and contribute
more effectively. We are committed, self-reflective pioneers accountable
to live what we teach.
