Challenging times call for a new kind of leader. Leaders who inspire
trust and a shared vision of hope. Leaders who are committed to learning
and innovation. Leaders who respect Employees as valuable assets rather
than as costs and liabilities. Leaders who are committed to creating
great places to work. Leaders who grow and inspire ownership in each
Employee towards becoming a leaderful culture. AMCA's approach to Leadership
Development focuses on developing leaders who value and understand the
living assets of the organization. In our approach, leaders learn how
to communicate most effectively with peers and Employees, understand
how to team most successfully, create open and interactive networks,
give shared access to information, mentor and teach, and bring meaning
to work by engaging the hearts and minds of all Employees.
