For many years, Partner-Employees at TDIndustries in Dallas have studied and tried to follow the principles of servant leadership. Recently, Partners at TD and Tempo, a spin-off company, wanted to clarify how servant leadership could be translated into behaviors on the job. This is an important effort because all Partners are now measured by two criteria — business results and servant leadership.
With delight and enthusiasm, these “eager but amateur players” developed several skits and presented them at company get-togethers. They now share their homemade efforts on videotape, with the hope that they will provide rich dialogue about how each of us can become better servant-leaders, building trust at work, at home, and in our diverse communities. Use at your own risk and be reminded that we encourage you to balance these thought-provoking skits with what’s right for you and your company. Our hope is to support your successful journey into servant leadership.
These videos are $30 each or the set for $100.
