“One-With-One” (15:57) The Partners at TDIndustries schedule “One-With-Ones” every six months in an effort to keep lines of communication open between supervisors and staff. JR Bumpous, a longtime Partner with TDIndustries, demonstrates this learning process with fellow Partner, Becky Gonzales.
