In these four skits the traditional form of leadership is compared to servant leadership. The viewer will see how a variety of workplace issues are dealt with, first as a “boss” then as a servant-leader.

“Where’s the Sign?” (1:20) You will see a quick before-and-after skit — first the “boss” as bully, and then a servant-leader providing respectful corrective feedback.

“Stay at TD” (4:41) This video illustrates a “boss,” then a servant-leader, trying to persuade a Partner to stay with the company rather than go down the road for more money.

“Attendance” (2:24) How can a servant-leader hold Partners/Employees accountable for better attendance? You’ll see the typical power play followed by respectful dialogue.

“Safety Glasses” (1:50) Servant-leaders are alert not only to enforce safety rules, but even more important, to make sure each person realizes safety is first and foremost to protect his/her long-term health and future. Look closely for the spoof ending!
